Day 1
Fly into Liberia, Costa Rica from LAX. We arrive 11:45am and will be transported to our Hotel Ocatel Beach.
We will stay three nights at Ocatel Beach Resort. The hotel is a leader among Costa Rica hotels and resorts, with anextra touch of comfort and service. The hotel lies along the beautiful Northern Pacific coastline, a privileged location with panoramic breath taking views of the Papagayo Gulf. The beach is calm, sandy and ideal for swimming, snorkeling and relaxing. We will have the afternoon to relax and that eve have a welcome dinner.Included:
Day 2
Morning prayer and meditation with Reverend David.
Enjoy the beach and the resort at 1:00pm we will offer a optional snorkel trip to a nearby by reef and isolated beach. Or visit the nearby town of Playa del Coco a fishing village where you can find restaurants and super markets.That eve you can have dinner on your own or in town or at the hotel.

Day 3
Morning prayer and meditation and Seminar with Rev David. We will have another day to enjoy the beach and the resort We will have a van at your service all day to go into Playa del Coco for shopping and lunch.

Day 4
We will start the day with meditation with Rev. David After breakfast we will then board our bus for a 5 hour scenic ride to Volcan Arenal National Park and its exceptionally rich biodiversity. On the way we will stop for lunch at Rincon Corobici, a beautiful restaurant by a rushing river.
We will then continue on and stay at the Lost Iguana Resort, offering luxury accommodations in the rain forest. A premiere, upscale retreat nestled gently in the jungle. The Lost Iguana Resort only offers rooms with large private balconies overlooking the Arenal Volcano and Arenal River Gorge. Enjoy waking to the peaceful serenity of the jungle and the playful sounds of the local toucans and howler monkeys. Enjoy your coffee on your private balcony while viewing the majestic volcano and abundant wildlife. More than 100 species of mammals, 350 different species of birds and a large variety of amphibians and reptiles live in this Park. The still active Arenal volcano is the feature attraction. That evening we will have a welcome dinner at the Lost Iguana.

Day 5
Morning prayer and meditation is followed by a seminar with Rev. David. After our meeting we will bus to the Tabacon Hot Springs, one of the most beautiful places you will ever see with views of Arenal Volcano, acres of tropical gardens, a great climate, and the soothing water of the river!
The Tabacon River begins inside Arenal Volcano. The magma heats the water to 101 degrees, which then flows through the base of the volcano down about 3/4 mile to Tabacon Hot Springs. From here the river splits into several smaller rivers, joining with cool water from a different river to make dozens of pools of varying temperatures, shapes and sizes. These rivers meander through acres of verdant tropical gardens, and create a magical atmosphere.
Guests wishing to enjoy the therapeutic qualities of these waters can choose from 10 pools, offering different options. Temperatures range from 23 to 40° C. (73 to 104° F). (You may wish to chose a spa treatment at the Iskandria Spa located in the Tabacon resort. Or feel free just to hang out at the Springs all day or return to the hotel.) We will be offering a Temazcul an optional sweat lodge hosted by a Native American Healer.

Day 6
After morning prayer and meditation and seminar with Rev. David you will have time to enjoy the Lost Iguana resort. Hike the trails, visit the spa or swim in the Pool.
That afternoon we will visit the Hanging Bridges. You will be able to walk right into the forest, thanks to the imposing hanging bridges and the beautiful trails that are safe and easy to walk on. You will be able to experience the rain forest from three different perspectives: from the ground like a jaguar, from the midst of the canopy like a white faced monkey, and from the air like an eagle. The trails, covering a distance of about 3.1 kilometers, are right inside the forest. The trails have been laid out with a maximum grade of 7 degrees, so that anyone can walk on them. The trail is in a circle, but you can feel free to turn back at any time if the going gets to steep.
The Hanging Bridges project consists of fixed bridges, ranging in length between 
8 and 22 meters, and hanging bridges, built with the latest techniques and designed with an eye for both beauty and safety. All the bridges are made of galvanized steel and high-strength aluminum. The safety mesh and the suspension cables are all galvanized steel. The entire project was designed to blend with the natural environment, leaving the forest virtually intact. We will also offer an optional rafting trip this day.
That eve we will be hosted by the Lost Iguana who will offer us a Tico (Family style) Costa Rican dinner.

Day 7
We will start our day with Morning Prayer and meditation with Rev David. Following the seminar we will take a beautiful short drive along the Arenal Volcano will take you to the Sky-Tram. From the Sky tram you will enjoy a view of the forest, lake Arenal and Arenal volcano.
The sky tram is 5,196 feet each way.The Aerial Tram has the best technology available and is an ideal tour for people of all ages.
- You board one of the open gondolas that offer room for 6 people and fly quietly and slowly through the canopies of the rainforest near the Arenal Volcano. Here you can observe life in the canopies from a different angle. You will be accompanied by our bilingual guide.
- On top there is a spacious observation deck at the top with chairs and you can spend as much time as you like observing the volcano, Lake Arenal & surrounding mountains & rainforests.
- Ride down with the Sky Tram.
- Or walk downhill on our easy and spectacular trails. (1hr walk)
- Or choose the exciting Sky Trek option: a Canopy Tour with high quality cables running from mountain to mountain zigzagging back to the base.
- There is a restaurant and another large observation deck at the base of Sky Tram with views quite interesting and different from the top Observation Deck.

Day 8
We will start our day with Morning Prayer and meditation and final Seminar with Rev. David. The rest of the day is your to choose and Optional tour or enjoy the hotel spa and grounds
Optional Tours 1) La Fortuna Waterfall
A beautiful waterfall that should not be missed. It is 15minute climb down to the base of the waterfall and a 30 minute climb back up. The walk back up is challenging.

This tour is for those who want a closer look at the native flora and fauna of the tropical rain forest. At the center you can learn about the natural history of Costa Rica, see medicinal plants, orchids, a butterfly farm and more the 100 native species of birds.
Or you may wish to return to the hot springs and soak yourself in the healing waters all afternoon.
